Meet Ministers Frederick & Edna Idehen
Frederick and Edna Idehen are passionate ministers of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Married for over 25 years, they are blessed with three wonderful children: Chukwuzam, Dumkele, and Noye. With nearly two decades of experience in marriage and family ministry, they dedicate their lives to strengthening relationships, supporting families, and serving their community in love and faith.
Our Story
Rediscovering God’s Divine Plan for Marriage and Family.
Marriage is a divine institution—pure, deep, and profound. It was established by God as the foundation of human relationships, modeled after the mystery of Christ and His Church.
From the first union of Adam and Eve, God’s design for marriage included love, intimacy, and dominion. Yet, the enemy disrupted this sacred bond, sowing discord between man and God, and between husband and wife.
Today, marriages face unprecedented challenges—divorce rates are soaring, families are fragmented, and many feel disillusioned. Even within the church, couples struggle with intimacy and connection, leaving many to question the institution itself.
At MAFI Ministry, we believe that God’s vision for marriage can be restored. We are committed to helping couples rediscover the joy, purpose, and intimacy that God intended for marriage and family.
Our Vision
The Marriage and Family Intimacy (MAFI) Ministry was born out of our desire to stand with God to uphold the marriage institution.
We have a vision to rebuild and strengthen marital relationships, reconnect individuals within the family, and restore meaning and purpose to marriage and family relationships.
Our Mission
Our mission is to build marriages and families that honor God and reflect God’s original purpose and design.
We do this through organizing marriage seminars and family events designed to equip couples with the necessary tools to promote intimacy (spirit, soul, and body) and bonding amongst family members, in an atmosphere of faith in Jesus Christ. We firmly believe that stronger family relationships will reveal the power of the church, give rise to better communities, and ultimately enrich our lives as a nation and a people.
